We value our wonderful staff highly and do all we can to promote job based development within what is an enormously rewarding environment. Excellent face to face training packages are provided as is the ability for further professional development. We will assist with your QCF Diploma in Health & Social Care.
A Police check must be undertaken, paid for by the carer. Attendance of our formal Induction Training Programme is required prior to taking up the role and we will need the last two work based references.
You Will Need:
- A full driving license (mileage paid)
- Flexibility; prepared to work from early morning, bedtime calls, weekend and unsociable hours. Enhanced rates are paid for weekend, unsociable hours
- Reliability; in this job is extremely important because 1st Care work with clients who are unwell, must have assistance and support from a consistent, committed team
- Kindness & compassion
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- To be motivated and enthusiastic
